Der Volkswagen Eos wurde erstmalig auf der IAA im Jahr 2005 vorgestellt. Mit vier Benzinmotoren mit einer Leistung von 115 PS bis 250 PS und einem 140 PS starken TDI mit serienmäßigem Dieselpartikelfilter ist die Bandbreite des VW Eos riesig. Die 250 PS starke Version des Modells schöpft ihre Kraft sogar aus einem Sechszylindermotor und wird über das Doppelkupplungsgetriebe DSG geschaltet. Die Serienausstattung des VW Eos ist umfangreich: egal ob ESP, Klimaanlage, Frontairbags, speziell entwickelte Kopf-Thoraxairbags, Lederlenkrad, Leichtmetallfelgen oder elektrische Fensterheber, der VW Eos lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Wagen ist sogar mit einem Überrollschutzsystem ausgestattet, das bei Gefahr innerhalb von 0.25 Sekunden automatisch ausgefahren wird. Das CSC-Dach des VW Eos öffnet sich in 25 Sekunden, ist im vorderen Segment transparent gehalten und kann als konventionelles Schiebe-Ausstell-Glasdach separat geöffnet oder hochgestellt werden. Auf Wunsch wird der VW Eos mit einem Dynaudio-Soundsystem oder mit Bi-Xenonscheinwerfern mit dynamischem Kurven- und statischem Abbiegelicht ausgestattet. Sieht aus wie ne Mischung aus Sirion und Aygo, was nicht gegen das Auto spricht. Auch die Testberichte zollen unisono Anerkennung. Es hatten hoffentlich nicht alle Tester nur die VW-Brille auf. Bleibt abzuwarten, wie sich der L"up"o bei TÜV, Dauertest und TÜV schlägt. Da rangiert ja VW in Sachen Kleinwagen doch eher hinten... more

Schon interessant. Ein Premium Hersteller wie VW muss sich an einem anderen Premium Hersteller wie z.B. Mercedes Benz orientieren um ein neues Produkt auf die Straße zu bringen. Schade, dass der neue Golf nicht mehr stadt-tauglich ist: Bei der geringen Bodenfreiheit und der noch verlängerten Gesamt-Länge findet man im beruflichen Einsatz in der Regel keinen Parkplatz mehr. Ich muß mich also um einen neuen Stadt-Wagen kümmern. more

Schnuckeliges Auto! önnte mir sehr gut gefallen, aber der Preis ist ja nicht von Pappe, daher fahren wir unseren Golf weiter. Ist auch ein schnuckeliges Auto und bleibt so lange, bis er nicht mehr durch den TÜV kommt! Grins! more
