Wer einen Lancia sein Eigen nennt, kann sich nicht nur über eine Marke freuen, die durch viele wegweisende Innovationen wie die erste selbsttragende Karosserie glänzt. Zudem überzeugen die Modelle des italienischen Automobilherstellers auch durch ihre dezente Eleganz und Ästhetik bis in die kleinsten Details. Die gelungene Kombination aus individuellem Design, technologischer Kompetenz und hochwertigen Materialien bei jedem Modell ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit für Lancia. Kein Wunder, dass selbst hochkarätige Prominente wie Brigitte Bardot, Audrey Hepburn oder auch Ernest Hemingway auf die italienische Edelmarke vertrauten.
Die Palette der als qualitativ hochwertig geltenden und mit einer Vielzahl von Features wie Navigationssystemen mit Monitor und Bluetoothfunktionalität ausgestatten Modelle ist einfach riesig. Während der Lancia Delta und der Ypsilon mit seinem Farbspektrum aus 110 Farben bereits seit vielen Jahren große Verkaufserfolge feiern, sind aktuell der Minivan Musa sowie der Van Phedra erhältlich. Die seit 1969 zu Fiat gehörende italienische Marke gilt innerhalb des Unternehmens als besonders gut ausgestattete und extravagante Marke, deren Modellpalette auch luxuriöse Cabriolets und schnittige Kleinwagen angehören.
Eine überaus bedeutende Rolle nimmt die italienische Marke auch im Motorsport ein. Während in den 1950er Jahren schon Juan Manuel Fangio unter dem Lancia D24 große Erfolge einfahren konnte, gewann die Scuderia Lancia ab den 197er Jahren allein elfmal die Rallye Monte Carlo. Bis heute gilt der Lancia Delta integrale sogar als bisher erfolgreichstes Rallyeauto aller Zeiten. Zu Beginn der 1990er Jahre beendete der FIAT-Konzern das Engagement der Marke Lancia im Motorsport.
